Our Onboarding Process

Submit Onboarding Request
Go to our onboarding form and submit the new agent’s details that wants to join or simply update your sync sheet.

Onboarding Request Received
Once we have received your onboarding request we will promptly generate the LPT Realty Contract Documents that need to be filled out & signed prior to moving to the next step.

LPT Contract Documents Sent
We will send the LPT Realty Contract Documents to the agent with an accompanying text message so that they know to check their email inbox.

LPT Contract Documents Signed
Once the LPT Realty Contract Documents have been signed we thoroughly review to make sure they have been filled out & signed correctly. At this time any inaccuracies and blanks are corrected. If the documents are correct we move on to the next step.
We highly advise that new agents fill out all information the first time around otherwise their onboarding experience is delayed.

License Transfer Pending
After reviewing the LPT Realty Contract Documents we will send over the license transfer instructions to the agent via email and send a text message letting them know that they can start the transfer process.

Welcome to LPT Realty
The agent has finished all of the onboarding steps and the managing broker has hired them which makes them officially active at LPT. Congratulations to them!
The new agent will receive an email and text message to let them know that they are officially active.
We will send the Success Starter, 10 Step Checklist, and setup their systems.
